The Charlotte H2Os is a group of gay men and women who swim for fitness, and if interested, train for competition. We are an International Gay and Lesbian Aquatic (IGLA) affiliated group.

All swimmers are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation. However, we are not a "learn to swim" group. All swimmers should be able to swim on their own and be comfortable in a deep pool. Practice lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Afterwards on Saturdays, we usually head off to lunch together.

Saturdays at noon.
